Mr. Larry Bailey has accrued 16 successful years of experience as an educator, with the last eight as an administrator. Mr. Bailey received his Bachelor of Science in Education from West Virginia State College in 1999, and his Master of Education in Educational Leadership in 2007 from High Point University. Mr. Bailey is a 1994 graduate of Herbert Hoover High School and grew up in West Virginia and Kentucky. He most recently served as Principal of J.B. McNabb Middle School in Mount Sterling, KY.

Mr. Bailey values a student-centered culture with high levels of communication and involvement with parents and the community. He has a wealth of experience in enhancing student academic performance, curriculum, and leading professional learning communities (PLCs). Mr. Bailey values a structured, supportive, and positive school climate at Capital High to foster an environment that is conducive to high levels of learning.

Mrs. Angela S. Cruikshank is a 1990 graduate of Clay County High School.  She has both an A.S. in Legal Office Administration (1992) and a B. S. in Business Education Comprehensive 9-12 (1995) from West Virginia State University.  Mrs. Cruikshank has furthered her education in 2009 completing her Master’s Degree in Leadership Studies at Marshall University Graduate School.  Mrs. Cruikshank has ten years in the business classrooms at Capital High School including sponsoring the student body newsletter, FBLA and TSA chapters, and Globaloria (a STEM based technology infused course).  She has six years of administrative experience with three of those years serving as the assistant principal for the 9th grade transition academy, Capital Success University, (CSU).

Mr. Ramezan is starting his fourth year at Capital High School. He graduated from Gilmer County High School in 1993 and received an Education degree from West Virginia State University in 2001 and Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Marshall University in 2008.  Outside of school, Mr. Ramezan enjoys biking and spending every minute with his 11 month old son Oliver and wife Jennifer.
